Dylan was wonderful to work with! He even bought us lunch after our long drive from Colorado to pick up our new truck. The fact that we were willing to drive 1200 miles to buy a truck from him speaks for much we enjoyed working with him. The only reason I gave the review four out of five stars was because the dealership was running a promotion that stated all clients that purchased a new vehicle were eligible to choose a free gift. You could choose from a $200 gas card, A 2 day get away to upper Michigan, a 50”inch television or two years of free service. When Dylan asked the manager about this he would not honor the promotion. Seems like there should be some type of disclaimer that states that the manger can choose who to exclude from the promotion, even when you make the required brand new truck purchase.
