Feldman Kia

I arrived at 7 pm and didn't leave until 11 pm. Although I've had my eye on a Kia Optima for a few years, I never expected to walk out that late at night driving my new car. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and not pushy like normal sales people usually are. They treated me like a friend from the moment I walked in the door. I appreciated the honesty, patience, and their willingness to stay open so late to finish the sale so I wouldn't have to drive an hour back to the dealership a day or two later. I feel everyone went above and beyond my expectations! I also liked the fact that they were up front with their pricing right on their website, unlike most other dealerships. It made it easy to shop for just the right car and I got a great deal. What more is there to say.
