Leased 2015 F-150. Received more than fair offer on trade, large selection of trucks made it easy to find the right vehicle, staff was very courteous and helpful. Worked with Chris Thayer over the course of two days, very happy with level of service and attention, he made the entire process simple. Also worked with Wes, the finance manager, and received a deal on the truck that exceeded expectations with no hassle/haggle needed. Felt like I got a fair price by simply asking for one. Only two areas for improvement -- which are not a reflection of Chris as the salesperson, but as the dealership as a whole -- the first was the level of detail/prep of the vehicle upon pick-up (i.e. interior was a little dirty, razor blade left on hood of vehicle), and the second being the 4-hour wait from agreeing on the deal, getting paperwork finalized, and vehicle ready to go while I sat in the dealership. Any way to speed that process up would be great. Overall, best experience I've had at Midland Ford. Bought from other local Ford dealerships for prior 4 vehicles due to service levels in the past from Midland (I live in Midland). New location and a few fresh faces seems to have made Midland Ford a more attractive place to purchase a vehicle. Thank you!
