After hitting a deer and unexpectedly looking for a car and not knowing where to start , I reached out to Zeigler Ford in Lowell and explained my situation, what I was looking for, my price range and some of the things I needed. Not only did Tim Geney reach out to me and answer all my questions without any pressure he was so down to earth. He went out of his way to give me the best customer experience I have received in a long time. When I picked my car up at delivery he explained things that were done to my car during the safety inspection that I was not expecting. He went out of his way to touch base with me multiple times after the sale to check in on me and make sure I was still satisfied. It was the best car buying experience I have had and look forward to sending my family and friends to him. He is a great guy and actually listened to me .
