Out-of-state purchaser, so this was my first experience with this dealership group. Was greeted at the door and directed to the salesperson I had been corresponding with online. He was prepared to discuss the vehicle, and the vehicle had been pulled up front and ready to test-drive, getting the process off to an efficient start. There was no pressure to buy and no BS in the negotiations. I was disappointed in their trade-in offer as it was 35% below what I had been offered through an outright sale to a local dealer. Hence, I ended up conducting two transactions with two dealers. So, this may not be the best place to trade or sell your old vehicle, but this is a well-organized dealership with competent, knowledgeable personnel to make the new vehicle buying process as easy as possible. Everything went smoothly from the first contact on the internet to receiving the vehicle and its documentation. Special shout-out to my salesperson, Jeff B, who did a great job both online and in-person answering questions and handling the interface with the GM systems behind the sales transaction.
