Dealership Service Review
From the after-hours drop off of our 2012 Ford Explorer, to inspection, receipt of quote, repair, and pick up, we had a great experience at LaFontaine Ford in Lansing, Michigan. After our alternator seized up and belt broke at 132,000 miles, we needed to have our workhorse-like family Explorer serviced. We were able to conveniently drop off the vehicle after hours on a Sunday evening, with requested inspection and repair notes. Our Service Advisor (Michelle) was wonderful to work with as she kept us posted on the inspection, recommended repairs, and time line for completion. In turn, the Service Technicians sent a video of the inspection, also correctly identifying that our front suspension/tie rods needed to be replaced. We had previously noted play and a clunking sound in the front suspension. We quickly approved the recommended repairs, and were kept apprised of when the work would be completed. Our Service Advisor and the Service Manager (Andrew Burgett) were highly professional, personable, and responsive. They make terrific frontline ambassadors for LaFontaine Ford and the LaFontaine Family of Dealerships. Can't beat the service, quality of work, and professionalism! Great experience.
