The salesman was really knowlegeable about the products that are being sold. This was very helpful in making a good decision about which vehicle would be appropriate for us to purchase. He worked with us through the whole process explaining each step along the way. The "finance guy" came out to talk to us about different options of financing a vehicle. This was very surprising that he took the time to do this for I have never had that type of service before. Most of the time I would not meet the "finance guy" until everything was done and I was ready to sign the finalized paperwork. AND, the owner came and shook my hand and thanked me for purchasing a vehicle, along with offering any assistance that might be necessary in the future. The whole buying process was very awesome at Kia of Lansing which has surpassed the service that I have received at any other dealer.
