I was hesitant about purchasing my first vehicle through a dealership, but Mike Miller was absolutely wonderful! I felt like he really listened to my concerns and made the transition into a new (to-me) vehicle easier than I expected. Kia of Lansing has wonderful customer service; everyone was friendly!
