Dealership Sales Review
I inquired about an anniversary C8 corvette that they had in stock and immediately heard from the dealership. Capus Robinson would be my sales advisor and like many in the car industry, he was extremely pushy. Not only did he call me 18x in one day, he also friend requested me on Facebook, located me on LinkedIn (which just happens to have my business phone number), started blowing up my company cell phone, and even called our corporate office looking for me. Shortly after all this occurred, I asked to speak with their manager. Matt Taylor reached out to me as he still wanted to make a deal on this car. Since I was pretty heated about his sales representative, I probably was not the most calm. Instead of trying to defuse the situation, Matt took the approach of whoever talked louder and over the other person would be heard. Maybe my experience with Feldman was unique but I felt compelled to share the experience that I had with this dealership.
