Dealership Sales Review

1 out of 5 starssales Rating
Horrible and pushy service
Written by Chris on 04/15/2020

We stopped into this dealership on a Saturday as my lease was approaching its end date to look around and test drive a few vehicles. My boyfriend and i were approached by Megan a saleswoman. We explained we were there just to get an idea on what was out there and to test drive a few Silverado models. After test driving a few vehicles and discussed what our options were explained that we were just looking as we had a few months remaining on our lease. Megan proceeded to just throw out numbers even bringing over the sales manager Matt just pushing to get a sale. After 6 1/2 hours they offered us a deal we couldn't refuse and left with a 2019 Chevy Trail Boss with a dealer plate and no verification of our auto insurance. We were told to turn our current lease that following Monday for inspection, give them the keys and drop off our deposit on the vehicle we were purchasing. Over the weekend we decided to decline the gap coverage and requested the appropriate paperwork to have it removed from our loan. Upon turning in our lease, it was inspected and we were told all was good with the vehicle, gave them our $3000.00 deposit and were told they would rework the paperwork and mail us the updated loan paperwork. Needless to say, they never reworked the paperwork (pretty much stealing my deposit) nor did they remove the gap coverage we declined (I even have a copy of the filled out form requesting removal). After having my new vehicle over a year now I just received a bill for $450.00 from GM Financial for excessive wear and tear on a vehicle I haven't had for a year now when we were told the vehicle passed inspection. I have never dealt with a company like this before. Not only were we pressured into purchasing this vehicle, we were lied and stolen from.. BE VERY CAUTIOUS if you are considering doing business with this dealership as they are very deceptive and conniving and will add hidden costs to your loan.
