Be very careful!! thoroughly check any vehicle you purchase here.

My dad (elderly man) recently purchased a 2015 Yukon from this dealership. Looked good and drove well on test drive. After less than a month he started having issues and took it elsewhere to get it checked out. He was informed that the struts were leaking, the tires were bad, and the brake pads were almost gone. He reached back out to Feldman, since he had just purchased this vehicle, and the service manager who helped him seemed very empathetic at the time and made my dad feel like they would rectify the issue. He said he would have the service manager call him so that they could get this taken care of. So days passed and a week passed and no call back. So then my dad made multiple calls to get the service manager and they were never available. He also left his information to have them call him back BUT that NEVER happened!!! After hearing what happened to my dad I reached out to the manager Jason Bellant. He sent the email over to Wendy the service manager and she emailed me immediately and called me dad. She said they would have his vehicle brought in and checked so that they could rectify this. they were apologetic and all. Good sign right??? That's what I thought also. Needless to say my dad took the vehicle in and they came and told him the same thing that he already knew that the struts were bad, the tires, and also told him that the ball joints were bad!! ALL went bad in a month right?? after the hundred and whatever inspection that was done on the vehicle? So the next thing really took me.. they actually then gave my dad a BILL for all of the work!! their remedy to the situation was to fix it for him and charge him more than he could have gotten it fixed for around the corner from him!! Yes he is from out of town and took out the time to drive his vehicle down. So he ended up paying more money than he would have getting it fixed himself! So be careful here, or just add the extra $3000 to the price of your vehicle upfront! I asked them one question and of course I got no response, "Do you think we would have purchased this vehicle if you told us at the table that before we had out first oil change we would have to put $3000 more into the vehicle??". I expect this from the low down dirty rinky dink dealerships but not from a supposed respected dealership with MULTIPLE locations. Oh yeah they charged for the labor also... BUYER BEWARE
