Shea Chevrolet/Buick Automotive is quite an exceptional & immaculate complex. All workers acknowledged you & were pleasant & helpful. Salesperson Mark Z went far above normal standards to make a smooth, fun experience for me. He had a no stones unturned attitude & made sure I was informed b4 & during my decision--and he provided very helpful suggestions dealing with my lease of old vehicle. Really went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Really obvious why he is usually very busy. The closing experience on the other hand was a bit of a wait. Closer was pleasant person & apologized for wait & explained short staff on a day that normally would not be that busy. Still, it was a 2 hour wait just to sign & drive off which was a bit perturbing to one who is impatient :-( Happily all that went away upon driving away in a new vehicle.
