Mike Smeckert was the best service rep. I have ever had when bringing in a car for service. He explained everything very well and offered his opinion on what would be my best option, but I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. The work was done right on time and Mike kept me informed the whole day. The service work done was excellent and I will be bringing my car back for service in the future.
