This was a great service visit. I came in without an appointment and was greeted courteously and promptly. Sami, my technical writer, was the most friendly, attentive contact person I ever dealt with. I was out in under 45 minutes with an oil change and "the works", including a car wash. EXCELLENCE on every front. Thanks Crest!
