Disappointing, Consistently Unsatisfactory Service Department

The Crest Ford (Centerline, MI) service department has been beyond disappointing in its customer service relating to warranty work I've tried to have done on my (2023) Ford Super Duty. Through ongoing and multiple computer issues, non-running problems, front end issues, and transmission issues, the Crest service team has been consistently unsatisfactory in their performance - from lack of adequate documentation of issues, to failure to diagnose problems. For example, after taking the truck in for a persistent transmission issue, it was returned to me without ever being evaluated in their transmission department. Another example: The passenger side front seatbelt does not recognize a person is in the seat. Never documented, never fixed. (I consider this example a fundamental safety issue.) Time and again, I've heard from Crest Ford service representatives, "That is what a Super Duty does ..." or, "Ford has not put out a fix for that yet." I'm getting the uneasy feeling that they are just excuse-making, until my warranty expires. As a building contractor, when my truck is not working properly, or out of commission, that costs me money - a concept that Crest fails to understand, or simply doesn't care about.
