Good, convenient service

Service is usually outstanding - esp. that you pickup my car for oil change and bring it back. I would say to do away with the service phone call to schedule - this clearly doesn't work. I will continue to have my husband book with Shelby instead. Also, in the future please let customers know that the time given for pickup is not a set time but rather a 4 hour window. But the service was great and the older gentleman that usually picks up my car is outstanding!
