Gary, the Customer Service Representative, always listens intently to our issues. We are not local to this dealership; it is not always so easy for us to come in. But Gary is very good about getting us for service on our schedule, even if he is already pretty busy. He treats us very fairly, and always keeps us updated on our vehicle while it is in the shop. I highly recommend Serra Honda for service for your Honda.
