Expected me due to reserved appointment time. Reviewed service needed. Gave me approximate completion time. Waiting room clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Restroom clean. Work completed ahead of time. Service rep, Gary, was courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Terry kind and helpful at check out. All of this was in keeping with our many years of satisfied dealing with this Honda location. Only near future driving, following this service visit, can tell me if work was completed properly, as is true with every service visit. We can only trust that the mechanics and technicians are competent and skillful.
