Sesi Lincoln

I wanted to take this opportunity to discuss our recent experience at Sesi Lincoln as well as the recent purchase of a 2013 Lincoln MKX. My wife and I were owners of a 2007 Volvo XC90, and while it had served us well; we were looking for something different to change things up all the while trying to maintain a level of safety and reliability. We researched everything we could find online and discovered that the Lincoln MKX held its own in class comparison to the Volvo regarding being of equal safety and overall liability. We also discovered Sesi Lincoln in Ann Arbor while searching online and found a vehicle that piqued our interest. Given that we had never conducted business with them and therefore had no previous ties to anyone there we felt this was a perfect place to go. From the beginning the buying experience we had with Mr. Jerry Taylor couldn't have been better. Jerry is a very knowledgeable, plain spoken and forthright individual with sincere personal integrity and when he says “we can do that” or “what is it you want to do” he can work it out. We had several question since we had not bought a SUV type car since 2007 and he was able to explain the process, let us test drive several models and even offered to let us take it home for a full driving experience, when we struck the deal he had all the paperwork ready in record time. The owner, Mr. Sesi, checked in on us and is a fantastic and completely approachable and professional person. I was looking at a black and white photo on the wall of another Mr. Sesi and noticed they bore a heavy resemblance and when we spoke with him he gave us a history lesson on how Sesi motors came to be and given that I love any history it was great to see a family business continuing to thrive and that they have a vision of what they want, know who they are and have a plan to get there all the while NEVER forgetting the customer is involved in that vision as well. I will fully admit that the Lincoln MKX is a little more technical than we are used to having, so Jerry arranged for a young man to come out and spend time orienting us to tools and capabilities of this vehicle. It was fantastic to get a great price, a great vehicle and a technical education the same day and when all was said and done, we left feeling comfortable and extremely satisfied with the entire process. Also while there we had our Volvo C70 convertible serviced and the entire service department was very professional and had a solid routine of service, they went above and beyond to take care of our needs and I am positive that the Sesi service department will keep our vehicles safe for years to come. As sad as we were to see the Volvo XC90 go…life is about change and in the words of President John Kennedy “Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.” Sesi Motors treats the needs of each individual customer with deep regard and concern. As grown, mature people we all know that a vehicle is an investment of sorts, and as customers we all have high expectations, as a car dealer Sesi meets those expectation hands down. While each individual buyer comes with their own unique challenges, needs and standards, I would ask that you Sesi Motors an opportunity to demonstrate their willingness and capability to server your needs. Like most car buyers, we don't want to haggle back and forth all day in regards to spending our hard earned money. Sesi understands this and are courteous, respectful, friendly, and willing to work with you to get your business.
