C R Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I've bought four cars from this dealership over the past 15 years and my parents have bought three cars from them. Good service up until recently, not sure what is going on. They took my money for title and registration transfer fees, but never filed the paperwork. I'm finding out several months later and have been calling for 10 days straight and leaving messages with finance, managers, and ultimately the owner and have yet to receive a single call back. My sales person no longer works there. I'm going to the Secretary of State next as this practice is against the law in Michigan. They are supposed to have 15 days to file, its been 7 months. Also posting on social media, contacting corporate, and with the BBB since they won't return my call and fix this issue. I don't think they will get my business or my families' business any longer. I would suggest going to ANY other dealership based on their poor after the sale customer service.
