Recently purchased a new vehicle and Chris O was my sales rep. From the moment we met he did what he could to make my experience a good one. Although they did not have the car I wanted in stock to test drive, he gave me some options, including driving a different trim of the same model to another location that did have the trim I wanted. During the drive he explained all the features. After, there was no high pressure, and a fair negotiation. The only improvement I would recommend was the amount of waiting. I think in the four hours I was there, the amount of waiting between activities was probably about two hours. In fairness most dealers I have been to still haven't solved this - a lot of paperwork and handoffs between different people can then be exacerbated by a busy sales day. Automate all the paperwork! When it came time to pick up the car at my appointment time, the car was not ready as it did not yet have an inspection and the shop was backed up for hours. Chris gave me two options, both of which would have required more of my time. He could tell I was not happy, so he asked me to have a seat in the waiting area and he would be right back. Turns out, Chris took the car down the street and got an inspection for me elsewhere! Really great customer service, Chris. A+ customer service.
