I had a very positive experience at Woburn Toyota. The salesman was Sebastien, the businessman was Karl and the person who showed me the features and how to use them was Robin. We went in knowing what we wanted to spend and, for the most part, we were treated with respect and no high pressure tactics. I would recommend this dealership to friends.
