Trying to buy a used car from these people. They don't have the title from the trade in. Still waiting. Its been 8 days. Worst experience of my life. Don't go there. Bad news

Sir, We told you that we were waiting on the title from the bank at the very beginning of the process and you chose to purchase the vehicle anyway. This review makes it seem like you had no idea that we were waiting on the title. We have absolutely no control over how long it takes for the bank to send it out. As far as it being the worst experience of your life, We feel that you are being a bit unfair to us as you knew everything going into the deal. We understand that we can not make everyone happy all the time, however, this issue is something that is beyond our control. If there is anything more we can do that is under our control please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank You.
