My 2022 2500HD LT was delivered without the heated steering wheel due to the chip shortage. I brought it in for the upfit when the chips became available. During the first appointment, the tech stripped a screw and damaged the steering column. I was not informed and was sent on my way. The truck was obviously steering differently then when I arrived. I made another appointment to have the steering column fixed. At the next appointment, the column was replaced, but the plastic housing was damaged during the repair, Had to bring it back a third time to have that fixed, at which time they broke the clock spring on the wheel. NEVER RETURNING
