This was the worst experience we've ever had! After negotiating a deal on a used truck, they called us (while out of state on vacation) to say they couldn't hold the truck for us anymore. In the end after they played games with us for 4 days, it turned out that the General Manager wanted more money for the truck! We still bought it because we really wanted the truck, but they didn't do the oil change that was due, fix the thumping sound in the front end (we requested this twice) or fill the fuel tank. After buying 11 vehicles from dealerships, I have never bought one without the dealership filling the fuel tank. How do you get a vehicle GM Certified without changing the oil? I will NEVER have anything to do with this dealership again! If you do, BE CAREFUL!
