Tony the salesman was a true gentleman to work with. He was old school with a no pressure attitude but kept in touch with me enough to keep me interested. I am in sales myself and appreciate not trying the full court press on me. Truthfully it wouldn’t ha e worked. Also the Manager (forget his name) was very young but very attentive and complimented Tony’s style to a tee. I tried to buy a new truck at Colonial last December and they tried to pressure me. It didn’t work and I waited a year. I really didn’t want to go back but a friend bought a new truck their last month and referred Tony. He truly is an asset to your establishment. I also have not been happy with tour service dept over the last several years but have been assured that they have improved. I certainly hope so. There are many. Houses out there for dealerships and brands, hopefully Colonial was the right choice for me.
