onMy 2022 Kia broke down, and Roadside Assistance gave only this dealer as an option to bring my car. When Prime Kia received my car, they gave me ONE MOUNTH to diagnose what was wrong with it. It is unacceptable and I had to spend money to tow my vehicle to my original dealer. This is really bad service. If I need to purchase a vehicle in the future, Prime Kia is the last dealer I would choose. Bad taste in my mouth. Eddie
