Dealership Service Review
I took the day off from work to have my rear door problem fixed at Pride Kia, it wasn't opening from the inside or outside. I had to pay for an Lyft ride to get back to Kia dealership, paid $150.00 fee for service rendered, walk out to my car, test the rear door, and it will NOT open, it was NOT fixed! Oh, by the way, I had to drop off and pick up my grandson from his daycare on top off this problem! Now, I have to take another day off from work, be inconvenienced, pay for another Lyft ride, and have to drop off and pick up my grandson, again! I hope Pride Kia pre-orders any and all necessary parts ahead of this next date when I have my car serviced, AGAIN, to make sure that rear door problem is resolved, once and for all!
