I was in disbelief when I walked into the dealership and I met Benny. He had a great process that went very well. I must ask does the dealer pay for training for this?? If so keep it up. This young man got me out of a lease 5 months earlier and lowered my payments. Wow!! He was such a great salesperson and asked is there anything else that you would like in your new truck? I said yes step sides and a bed liner. His response! Not a problem I can do that.. Again don't change how you train the salespeople! They listen and do the job and do it right. My wife's lease will be up soon and yes she will lease her new car from Commonwealth.
