I have never had such an excellent experience buying a car. Richard Winward was very professional. He remembered everything we mentioned to him and made sure we got everything we wanted and more. We were never made to wait very long at all. Most dealerships make us wait so long between answers to simple question. It is typical to hear "let me go ask my manager. I will be right back." and an hour later we get an answer. Then of course we have another question and have to go through the same thing again. We will never shop anyplace else again.
