From start to finish, the experience was an enjoyable one. The main objective of that day was to test drive multiple different classes of vehicles to see what vehicle(s) would be best suited for a 4'11" female. The salesperson, John Zak, was enthusiastic about allowing multiple test drives and at no point during this process did we ever feel rushed, or obligated to make a purchase. After all test drives were performed, John ran some numbers for us and even allowed us to go home that evening without pushing for a sale. Giving us that freedom, and not feeling pressured, was the key component in us deciding to buy from Commonwealth. Despite sub-par credit, the Commonwealth team jumped through hoops to make it work for us, and genuinely seemed more excited about the smile on my wife's face, than the sale and money coming into the door. Again, just an amazing experience, and an absolutely wonderful team to do business with. I will never again even bother looking at another dealership.
