I just got a brand new Chevy Sonic 10 days ago and am very happy with my purchase. My sales associate was Chris D. and he was very pleasant to work with. Car shopping can be a bit intimidating, but he didn't make me feel uncomfortable or pressured at all. I was actually torn between the Sonic and a Honda Fit. It was nice being able to test drive both vehicles on the same complex - one stop shopping! I did shop around at other dealerships beforehand but well, as their slogan says, "shop us last" rang true for me. Ding! Ding! (Yes, it was fun ringing the bell!) They gave me a good price on both my trade-in and the new car. I even had a strange issue with my trade-in car's VIN number being wrong on my registration but they helped me correct it so I didn't have to drive to Concord and the ends of the earth to get it all straightened out. I can't speak for their service department, and hopefully since the car's brand new I won't have to visit them any time soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them again. I also received a shipment of chocolate chip cookies as a thank-you which I thought was a nice touch. Working in customer service myself, I know and appreciate that little things go a long way. Let's hope my car does too. Beep beep!
