AutoMax PreOwned Framingham

I went into AutoMax after having a very bad experience earlier in the day with another dealership. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michael Joseph (MJ) and it made the bad experience of the earlier part of my day disappear. MJ was very friendly and even listened to my rant of my earlier experience. He was very warm, friendly and very versed in exactly what he was doing. I took special note of how he worded his responses to me. I told him what I was looking for and he got me into something with all the bells and whistles plus more! From the time I entered the establishment I was greeted and it was as if everything was streamlined. MJ was very easy to deal with and even with the bargaining piece I was impressed. Too often you go into a dealership and you know their ultimate goal is to rip you off to maximize their profit and the experience with MJ was the complete opposite. I would definitely tell everyone and anyone I know who is looking to buy a car to go to AutoMax and see MJ. Should I choose to trade or purchase another vehicle there is no doubt who I will be calling. Thx MJ and AutoMax!!
