I recently bought a '10 Infiniti and was disappointed in the follow through with salesman (Sal) and dealership. Vehicle came with DVD player but we realized after purchase that there was no remote to operate it. I expected they'd furnish it but instead was told I had to source one through infiniti myself....same is true for 2nd keyless fob. they only had one at time of sale and after promises by sales to find the 2nd one, I had to buy it separately. Who sells a late model car with only one key....no spare??? the car also had a bunch of issues after first week on the road (they promise a 3 month warranty) and only one they would take care of was a wiper. the rest I had to bring directly to infiniti and fight for warranty coverage. be careful of the $500 doc fee on every sale, regardless of whether you finance or pay cash. I wouldn't go back but at least I can forewarn others to tread lightly and getting everything in writing.....
