Third time's Not a Charm!!!

First couple of visits with a previous car were not up to par. But if not for Karen, and her professional customer service I never would have returned. But this last trip for service was the straw that broke the camels back. Quoted 800.00 on phone, then it was 1,000.00, and when I picked it up, 2days later, and still not blowing cold air, it was 1,200.00. Never Again
