Buyers Beware! Alden will not stand behind any GM warranties. They can't fix GM vehicles that they sell. They claim to sell Pre-Owned Certified GM cars with 'No Worries' and charge you a warranty fee AFTER you make the deal. What a regret I've made buying my vehicle off of these people. I gave them a perfectly immaculate Trade-In and they sell me a Lemon of a GM. Look for a bigger and more reputable Dealer then Alden. Save yourself the multiple trips to their Service Dept. to attempt to repair your vehicle. They call you and tell you that your vehicle is complete and they never fix all the problems. I'm on my way to the MA Attorney General as we speak! Do I even have to give these people 1 Star? How about negative Stars instead? What a let down. Alden took the excitement out of purchasing my vehicle and I buy cars all the time. Please, please, please go buy your vehicle from another Dealer. Don't make the same 'unforeseen' mistake I did.
