I bought my 2010 Mazda 6 at Ira Mazda from AJ and Gary. He was great, very knowledgeable and customer focused. He took his time to explain the features and benefits of each model I was interested in, and when I made the final selection he helped me locate the color I wanted from another location and had the car transferred to his location the next day! He had the leather seat and remote starter installed in just a couple of days. The service I received from AJ and Gary is night and day in comparison to [another dealership]. AJ even returned my plates for me to the registry when [the other dealership] failed to do so! The finance manager Freddy was also very curteous. The paperwork was a cinch and I didn't feel pressured into buying any additional service I wasn't interested in. Overall it was a very stress free experience, which is how a car buying experience should be. There was no "used-car salesman" pitch or sleazy gimmicks, AJ was articulate, polite and a complete gentleman throughout the whole transaction. I recommended a friend to him a few wks later who also ended up purchasing a 2010 Mazda 3 from him! She was also very pleased with his service, she really appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly service she received from AJ. I would recommend anyone who's interested in getting a car to ask for AJ at Ira Mazda in Peabody.
