onBrought our brand new Rav4 Hybrid for accessories owed from the sale to be installed. Was supposed to be a two hour appointment for mud flaps and body side molding install. My Wife was waiting for the car. More than four hours later my Wife inquired and was told our Service Advisor (Nathanial Brungot) had left for the day. His replacement had no idea we were waiting for the car and apparently had no intention of calling to let us know it was completed. For all we know they might have closed and left us in the waiting room. No hand off, no follow through, no ownership. No Customer Satisfaction. The mud flaps and moldings look fine but they should since it took double the time promised.
