Overall I was very satisfied with my service at herb Chambers Dodge. I waited for my oil change. Jose was very helpful and with the free tire rotation coupon the service was very affordable. However I was a little disturbed when the receptionist insinuated that the service advisor did not know what he was doing. She heavily implied that he was not qualified for the job he was doing. this made me uncomfortable as I had left my brand new car in his hands. Otherwise the waiting area was comfortable and I felt that Jose was much much more competent than was implied by his co-worker.
