Poor Customer Service

I brought my car in to have my air conditioner fixed. I got the call that my car was ready. I paid approx. $1,700 and drove away. Within 2 minutes, my vent was blowing hot air. I immediately drove back to the dealership and brought it to their attention. After about 30 minutes of them testing it, they came back and said something under the dashboard also needed to be fixed. I was not happy. They obviously did not check their own work or tested the air conditioner. The manager said it was tested and would run for 20-30 seconds, so it was fixed, even though hot air was coming out of the driver's side vent. When I expressed my concerns, the manager kept arguing that the air conditioner was fixed. He argued with my husband and me for at least 10 minutes. I was forced to leave my car there for another 4 days (4th of July weekend) and spent an additional $275. Their complete dismissal of my complaints and the unnecessary arguing was ridiculous and uncalled for. Horrible treatment of a paying customer.
