Unforeseen Difficulty Successfully Resolved

onCheck engine light prompted a service visit. Diagnosed as a warranty item in the catalytic converter. While replacing, Mechanic broke off the bolts which in turn required new exhaust pipes that were not locally available. I was provided a loaner and charged $0, but 8 days were needed to get my car back. Update information was at times not provided, requiring my calling in for updates.
