I arrived at 8:20am (a little bit later than my appointment time) and was greeted by a very upbeat young woman in the service bay. She made note of my service for this morning (Anti-Theft software update), and also a headlight ALERT light on my dashboard. I was welcomed into the waiting room area, and kept updated on the work. ALL completed in a timely fashion, I believe 2 hours?
