Heritage Hyundai Towson

I purchased a 2015 Elantra 2 weeks ago. Usually the process of purchasing a new vehicle is tedious and full of aggravation but not this time. I knew I wanted an Elantra I just hadn't settled on the color. I was looking for a new 2014 but ended up with a 2015 and I am really glad I did. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Elantra! I am a VERY savvy shopper and had done all my research before asking for a quote. I belong to a credit union and knew the invoice price of the vehicle and the package I wanted. I also did my research on my trade value. I sent a request for a quote through Edmunds, I got responses from four dealers. Sam Lee from Heritage sent an email and then gave me a call. I told him what I was looking for and after a brief conversation with him and Scott (the dealership manager), we settled on a price. They didn't have the color I wanted on the lot but they got in there within an hour of my test drive. So...from a phone call, to a test drive, to driving away with my brand new car was 24 hours. No haggling, no stress, and no aggravation! Not only would I recommend this dealership but I know where I will be going when it is time to trade in my Elantra and buy a new Hyundai, Heritage!
