When I spoke to Vince, he immediately added on $200 for tint, $200 for wheel locks, and even re-added the freight charge—which was already included on the window sticker. The $2,000 trade-in “discount” turned out to be a bait tactic, with no real transparency on how it was applied or valued. I ended the conversation knowing the ad was misleading.
