My experience with the sales process here was horrible! Worked with Rommell Hollins who consistently did not follow up on commitments made to me. The appraisal they gave me on my trade in was insulting (I sold it for $4K more than they offered). The final straw taking place now is that they did not provide the DC Vehicle Inspection sticker with my registration. I should have investigated further, but assumed that since it was a new car that I did not need one. After getting a $50 ticket for not having the sticker, I reached back out to Rommell. First I was told that I did not need an inspection sticker on a new car, but after reading the DC DMV website to him, the story changed to Rommell saying they gave it to me. They refuse to help solve the issue at all. When I called out Rommell for interrupting me and talking over me, he said "you're not going to talk to me like that" and hung up on me. There are many better places to spend this amount of money. Will never return there for service or to buy again.
