If you want to save yourself misery and money make your first stop at Universal. I've owned a dozen cars in my life but I can truly say that this one was the best. Abby , Sean and Steve made the experience friendly, easy and painless. I bought a '13 Benz E350 coupe that's almost impossible to find. They stock low mileage MB trade-ins and off-lease vehicles and other high end cars. Nothing from auctions or Craig's List. Their vehicles are detailed, immaculate and thoroughly checked/certified. If you parked one of their vehicles in a dealer showroom you wouldn't be able to pick it out from the new cars. The pricing is more than fair with generous discounts for veterans. They took the time with me to completely go over the vehicle, point out any flaws (none!) and did an extended test drive. So..... I basically bought a nearly new Benz, got it a a fair price and was very comfortable with the purchase process. I'll definitely be back later for the Cabriolet version of the E350. Thanks, guys.
