I am a single female and went with my guard up ready for the whole 'pushy, sleazy car salesman act' and boy was I surprised! Not only were they super friendly, polite and professional, but they were not in the least bit pushy! They took the time to explain how every little detail in my car worked including setting up my phone and favorite settings. They gave me WAY more than a fair deal on my (very old) trade in! And as to the actual car I purchased, (a 2014 BMW 428xi), it was immaculate! Not even a smudge on it, (both inside and out). It looked like it had rolled right off a brand new show room floor! I would like to personally thank my salesman, the owner and his son, for making this such a wonderful car buying experience. I love my new car! And I HIGHLY recommend that anyone who is looking to buy a high end car, but be treated fair and respectfully, you should seriously consider going to these guys first. Thank you.
