I had a terrific experience working with Sean at Universal. I traded in my 2012 E class for a newer one and am very pleased with the car and process. Based on some additional research their pricing was very fair and the car was incredibly clean. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family. I would also be inclined to buy another car from them.
