Audi Silver Spring had great reviews online and I found them to be completely justified. There were closer dealers but Audi Silver Spring had the car I wanted in stock. Johnny Franco was honest, knowledgable, and fair. I had a deal in mind and was not interested in spending all afternoon going back and forth. Johnny Franco presented his offer, I countered with what it would take to close the deal (which I thought was fair to both parties), and he made it happen in a short period of time. The Sales Manager, Frank Gomez, checked with me multiple times to make sure my needs were being met. It was a great buying experience.
