DARCARS Volvo Cars

Many years ago I bought a Volvo S60 from this dealership. I was so unhappy with the salesman that I hesitated to return and was strongly considering test driving a new S60 at another Volvo dealer, even though Darcars is extremely convenient to my home and office. I was even researching and contemplating buying a different car altogether. But I decided to give Darcars Volvo one more try and my car buying experience could not have been more different from last time - or any better! Charles G was my salesman this time. He completely impressed me with his professionalism, helpfulness, and encyclopedic knowledge of Volvo past and present. But he was surpassed by the customer service provided by General Manager Alexander A. Thanks to Mr. A, the entire transaction was truly a pleasure. I did not encounter any high pressure (or other) sales tactics. No game-playing. It was a very straightforward transaction and I think both parties were pleased with the deal. I know I am. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it was the most pleasant car-buying experience I can imagine.
